	Shipping on the Pro 70 shower usually takes 2 weeks or less to reach its destination. Each unit is made when it is ordered then promptly shipped. We generally send the unit via UPS or FedEx. Email us with an address to get specific shipping quotes. All shipping charges are to be paid by the customer, including any returns or import fees. Return Policies Zodi guarantees our products will perform as advertised. Customers must return product to Zodi for repair or replacement (at Zodi discretion). Resellers are not authorized to "swap out" defective item with new item. To trouble shoot product, call Zodi at 800-589-2849 toll free for assistance. Whitewind Marketing charges up to 20% restock fee on any new product returned to Zodi. Product must be returned in unopened and undamaged box within 6 months of purchase date. Products 6 to 12 months old are subject to a 50% restocking fee. We do not accept returns on products over one year from purchase date. Freight to Zodi must be paid by customer. RA number must be attached to all boxes - call 800-589-2849 toll free for RA number. Restock must occur within 30 days of item shipping from Zodi, and product must be received by Zodi within 30 days of issuing RA. Special make-up or PL orders cannot be returned.
